A Plea for the Physical

I would prefer the sedentary. With the same objective, a faster way is better. For example, I would more likely to take the subway instead of walking to my destination because it saves time. I prefer to make my point or get to my destination quickly and efficiently.  As new technologies dominate our daily lives, we find it more interesting and less tiring to stay home and watch TV rather than going out for a jog. This is why I choose the sedentary. I would rather be in a comfortable position than be outside playing. Though the latter seems more interesting, I would choose the more convenient. I prefer the sedentary when I am dealing with information but not dealing with people. Physical meeting people is a more reliable way of getting to know people. I know that sitting in my chair and chat is more comfortable, but that does not decrease the awkwardness of talking with no emotion. I would mostly prefer the sedentary ways but sometimes, physical is better.
